The Above Company has been registered in terms of section 14 of the Companies Act, 2008 RSA, and Dubai, UAE 

 

Name

1.1 The organization hereby constituted will be called, United States of African Health Organization International (US-AHO International-AEDA) and shall be identified by the logo consisting of a letters, United States of African Health Organization International

1.2 Its shortened name will be US-AHO International-AEDA (hereinafter referred to as the organization).

 

Body corporate

The organization shall:

  • Exist in its own right, separately from its members.

  • Continue to exist even when its membership changes and there are different office bearers.

  • Be able to own property and other possessions.

  • Be able to sue and be sued in itsown name.

  • US-AHO International-AEDA Not for Share, but Projects Can be for Shares

  

US-AHO International-AEDA founded on the belief that mainly aimed not only to relieve the symptom of poverty, but also to cure it and, above all, to prevent it in Africa
